Veteran goaltender Cam Talbot signed a one-year, $1-million deal with the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday.
Talbot, 35, was traded to the Ottawa Senators by the Minnesota Wild prior to last season.
The native of Caledonia, Ont. was 17-14-2 with a 2.93 goals-against average and .898 save percentage for the Senators.
In 432 career NHL games with the Senators, Wild, Calgary Flames, Philadelphia Flyers, Edmonton Oilers and New York Rangers, the undrafted Talbot is 218-156-36 with a 2.65 GAA and .914 save percentage
